F1C.gif is a screamer GIF similar to the concept of When you see it. This GIF circulates on 4chan imageboard.
This animation shows a door that opens to reveal what's inside the basement. After a short second, the skeleton comes towards the screen and screams. A close-up of his face, turning red and shaking, is then shown.
