The video itself seems to be homemade, showing a camera recording of ducks swimming in a pond while the song "Blackbird" by The Beatles plays. After a short amount of seconds, his friend wearing a cheap-looking skull mask with white hair jumps in front of the camera accompanied by a shortened version of the K-fee scream.
In mid-2022, Patrick Nazar returned and re-opened the Antirealm website to sell merchandise of the mask used for the screamer.[2]
