1 Guy 1 Basketball is a short 13-second shock video hosted and uploaded on eFukt on January 26th, 2009.
The video starts with a woman slowly removing a basketball from a man's anus. The woman uses a piece of plexiglass with a small hole in it to help remove the ball slowly. While the ball is being removed, the man can be heard grunting loudly. The ball then "pops" out of the anus a few seconds later. The camera then cuts to a zoomed-out shot right before cutting to the said website's logo.
The video has amassed over 1.5 million views on eFukt alone.
