Minecraft: Dead Man In The Water is a YouTube video originally uploaded by user wwwkaiminuscom" in early 2011.
Video
The video features the user playing Minecraft where he exits his house and immediately after, he starts digging underground. He digs enough until he makes a hole that leads to an underground river. He walks towards what appears to be a green figure lying on the water and starts beating it with the sword. However, the game lags not long after, and shortly after that happens, Regan MacNeil appears with her scream looped.
