The video starts with a white screen with black text saying that the zombie can be found in said game. Afterward, it cuts to Carl Johnson in Doherty outside a construction zone. Carl proceeds to run towards the site until he was running, he enters the deserted site and walks up to some large pipes. However, as he takes out his camera and starts filming the inside of one of the pipes to zoom in on the brick wall, a zombie from the first-person shooter game ''[[wikipedia:Half-Life 2|Half-Life 2]]'' pops up with a loud female scream.
We start with a white screen with black text reading "i see zombie in Gta:SA. No mod no cheat!! Very scary!!" We then cut to gameplay footage from ''Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas'' showcasing Carl Johnson in Doherty just outside a construction zone. Carl proceeds to run towards the site until the white screen returns simply stating "WTF???" as if something happened as Carl was running. Carl enters the deserted site and walks up to some large pipes. Briefly, the white screen returns with the question "See him?" We return to the game as Carl takes out his camera and starts filming the inside of one of the pipes to zoom in on the brick wall just outside. Shortly after, a zombie from ''Half-Life 2'' appears with a loud female scream.

Zombie in Gta:SA is a Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas screamer video uploaded to YouTube by the user Katrousek on October 25, 2007.
