The video is similar to Zoeken, in which you must find differences in two images. In this case, two images of trees (obviously the same picture: one's zoomed in a bit) are used while a peaceful music plays. After a while, a zombie head with blood pouring out its agape mouth appears with a scream, then a text saying gotcha appears, ending the video.
