anne.jpg is a screamer webpage designed to be sent to people as a prank, similar to Shafou.com. As soon as the website is opened, a flashing picture of Jeff the Killer appears, accompanied with a loud looping screech (an extremely over-saturated soundclip of a dog barking at a siren).
When scrolling to the bottom of the page, a view count is shown, with a link to the akk.li Facebook page and a message saying "This site will not harm your computer and doesn't contains malware!" This screamer was created in February of 2013, and has since been visited 27,5 million times as of May, 2016.
