Fred.jpg is a screamer located on akk.li, where the famous Anne.jpg was located on, the website is currently defunct.
The animation first shows the bitch please(or Yao Ming face) meme with some Spanish text. When translated to English, it means: "Once upon a time a man was so ugly that". The writing is shown as it looks like it is being typed. however, As soon as the sentence shows the word: "That", the aniamtion gets interrupted by a horrific zombie picture with a same scream from What's Wrong?, the animation then loops.
