This page is about a screamer or shock site, whose original copy has been deleted. |
Smb3free.cf was an online flash game built with the Hello Mario Engine plugin. It was developed by AnimatorXP, for the "Create your own screamer!" contest. The game itself pretends to be a free flash port of Template:Wikipedia.
The game uses the WASD keys to move and jump and has a single level, which naturally looks quite similar to those found in the actual SMB3. This one, however, contains sections, enemies, and powerups that could look very advanced for a first level.
After Mario gets past a huge pool of water, he reaches a part of the level where there are wooden pillars sticking up from a pitfall, with Red Koopas standing on top of them. Not long after getting close to the pitfall, when the player dies, a flashing picture of Regan MacNeil appears with a loud scream. The game was taken down along with the entire AnimatorXP.com site.
