Hey, Who's That Behind You? is a screamer video created by MarioHeadGuy in October 31st, 2008.
The video depicts a mario head from a computer game called: "Mario Teaches Typing 2", saying: "Hey, who's that behind you?", for 3 seconds, the video then cuts into a footage of Ghost Caught on Tape, where Regan MacNeil from The Exorcist pops up, After the screamer, the Mario Head returns and says "Made you look! Made you look! Hahahahaha!",
Afterward, Bowser's laugh from Hotel Mario plays through a freeze frame of the Mario's head.
