What Is Wrong With This Picture? is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube by the user Teyzo on July 27, 2006. The video begins with white text on a blue background saying 'What is Wrong with this picture?', followed by the appearance of photograph of a room with a wooden floor, window, and furniture. At the 13 second mark, Regan MacNeil (who appears on the video's thumbnail, thus spoiling the screamer) appears with a long female scream, followed by text saying 'Haha i got u'. The video's description says 'a short screamer'.
