Roman Spam! is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube by TheRedRoman on March 9th, 2007.
The video presents a slideshow depicting various different images from the video game Rome: Total War, which is a strategy game developed by Creative Assembly and released by Activision in 2004. Primitive music plays throughout the video.
After 57 seconds, a low-quality photo of Albert Einstein, accompanied by a few other images is shown while Spam Song by Monty Python plays. At the end of the video, a cropped photo of the zombie from the K-fee auto commercial appears. There are no screams or loud noises.
