fpcasey24.wix.com/mlgstrats is a screamer webpage made by TheEmeraldMan2, the creator of Sleeping Puppy.
Upon entering, the site displays a picture of Jeff the Killer wearing the Deal with it glasses with an HTML audio player of a loud scream starts playing in loop, that is visible on the bottom right corner, there are 6 options, all of them leads to the same image, without the audio playing.
There are also two hidden pictures, possibly depicting the creator of the site. They can be found in the source code or by viewing the site on a mobile device.
