Arthur.exe is a screamer video based on the PBS Kids series Arthur, it was uploaded to YouTube by CrashFan96 on October 2, 2014.
The video begins with a suspiciously quiet version of the regular Arthur theme song (Believe in Yourself). 11 seconds into the video, a crude, bloody and mangled MS Paint drawing of Arthur with a really big mouth pops up on the screen, accompanied by an extremely loud roar. The video became famous due to Atarster's Angry German Kid video series, where he is Leopold's worst nightmare.
