Tic Tac Toe Scary Edition is a flash screamer game uploaded to Newgrounds by games7510 on February 2, 2017.
The main concept of the game is to play a Tic-Tac Toe against the device and beat the game. It allows the player to choose from "Easy" or "Hard". However, there is a chance that a random screamer image may appear while playing the game, which causes the player to start over again. This is accompanied by a random screaming sound. It is also impossible for the player to beat the game because of the screamer.
