Improved Kikia was a screamer video uploaded to YouTube by hotogainc, the same creator behind Youshouldnthavedonethat.wmv and What's Wrong With This Picture? (Hotogainc)

The video is based on a well-known Kikia video, but when the original ends, other images appear. Furthermore, the scream is different. The yellow, bold text: Kikia appears at the end, After a few seconds, the same scream from Kikia appears.
