stress relief is a screamer video created and posted onto YouTube by a user thegooseswanson on January 29, 2010.
The video starts with the name of the channel, then, the name of the video, and finally, it starts. The video is a compilation of videos of a beach, but with different camera angles. They are played in high resolution, with an electronic music playing in the background.
Everything is doing pretty well until the 2:18 second mark of the video, Kayako Saeki from the movie The Grudge pops up with the same scream from SUPER SCARY (which, in a matter of fact, was also made by thegooseswanson), After the screamer, at the 2:23 timestamp, the message "The end" shows up, and the video ends.
