The Scariest Screamer Ever is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube by Saigonochakra on December 31st, 2008.
First, the creator asks the viewer to prepare themselves for the "scariest" screamer ever. After ten seconds, the viewer receives a countdown. When it finishes, the same screamer from Stickman Screamer, that is, a picture of James Root from Slipknotwith one of his masks, appears along with a loud scream.
