However, at the 13-second mark, the video takes a dark turn when an image of Fanged Freak (a mask created by the late [[wikipedia:Don Post|Don Post]]) suddenly appears on screen, accompanied by the [[Say It]] scream.

A reaction video was uploaded on August 23, 2008, by user Ricki Leanne. It shows him using the screamer to prank his mother, father, and brother Richard (sister Lindsay is left out as he's already shown the screamer to her). After the final text appears, the same skull from the original video appears with the same scream (but with high and distorted quality), and it ends with text that mocks the viewer for being scared.
