Ghost Footage was a screamer video uploaded to YouTube by VenerableDread on November 5th, 2006.

The video starts with some text prompting the viewer to find something wrong with a low-quality image of a graveyard. The message is “This is some footage in a graveyard. However, something seems wrong. Very wrong. Watch closely”. It then displays the image. 13 seconds into the video, a red-filtered picture of Pennywise from the 1990 miniseries It pops up, accompanied by a loud scream. The final segment of the video displays text stating that "You should have realized that it wasn’t actually ghost footage, you twit! Made by VenerableDread." The text fades away, and the video ends.
