The Amber Alert mixtape is an infamous gore compilation consisting entirely of real footage of extreme violence against children released on 2018. The mixtape gained notoriety when YouTuber Plagued Moth made two videos about it, "Amber Alert | The Most Disturbing Mixtape I've Seen" and "Amber Alert | The Worst Gore Mixtape Explained". There was significant controversy over Plagued Moth bringing the mixtape to the internet's attention, and he was banned from gore subreddit /r/MondoGore over it. Attempts to track down the creator of the mixtape failed. Later, a detailed post about the mixtape on /r/ClassicDepravities further increased its notoriety. While the mixtape technically does not contain any content that is illegal to distribute under US law (although it comes very close), the contents of the mixtape are so extreme that, when it was posted on WatchPeopleDie.tv - a site dedicated entirely to gore - the entire thread was eventually removed by moderators and the user who posted it are permanently banned. Lately the nsfl (Not safe for life) mixtape content was basically published onto in January 2026 to Goresee.com, The user who was posted it was usually been removed which it against the policy guidelines (Most likely permanently)
