Large Mysterious Fish Eats a Duck is an Australian screamer video uploaded by to YouTube by Patrick Nazar (antirealm) on June 4, 2006. As of 2021, the video has accumulated 11,097,349 views.

The video itself seems to be homemade, showing a camera recording of ducks swimming in a pond while the song "Blackbird" by The Beatles plays. After a short amount of seconds, a person wearing a cheap-looking skull mask with white hair jumps in front of the camera accompanied by a shortened version of the K-fee scream.

In mid-2022, Patrick Nazar returned and re-opened the Antirealm website to sell merchandise of the mask used for the screamer.
