Optical Illusion!, known as Little noses illusion is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube by Nicholas Cruz (also known as VentMagic102) on February 21st, 2012.
The video, of course, attempts to act like an illusion, in which the viewer is forced to look at a kid holding a piece of "Little Noses" glue, while asking something very "serious", the illusion happens, which is a shaking close-up picture of Regan MacNeil from The Exorcist, along with a very loud, high-pitched and edited scream.
This is followed by a monster roar sound effect, the screamer persists for only 3 seconds before the video ends.
