After loading, the game immediately begins, revealing it to be a maze game with red areas, a multicolored orb as the control, and a glowing rock as the end. The first two levels operate like a normal game, but just before one can complete the third level. a picture of a hooded boy with fangs with glowing eyes and scars pops up along with the same scream that would later be used in [[Sonic.exe]].
