Dreams of Reality is a mod of Daisuke Amaya's 2004 game Cave Story, created by the Cave Story Tribute Site Forums user Bombchu Link (BLink).
The mod is rather short, just barely a minute long. Quote starts next to a bed in a 2-story house. When Quote approaches the front door, an edited image of Ballos face flashes on the screen, along with a loud, ringing noise. The game crashes shortly after.
