What's Wrong? (more commonly known as What's Wrong With This Picture?) is a Flash screamer, It was created back in 2001, making it one of the earliest known screamers made.

It starts off seemingly innocent and promising to the title, showing a high quality still image of a dining room. After about 30 seconds, it briefly cuts to a black and white image of a screaming woman with pitch black eyes, a wide open mouth and her hands clutching the sides of her face for about a second, accompanied by a distorted, reverberating male yelp. The animation then repeats.

Being reuploaded on multiple websites like YouTube, this animation has gained many views. And has also been featured on TV shows like America's Funniest Home Videos. screamers of this kind became more and more popular as they began to circulate on the Internet. A few more examples of this are Zoeken and Where's Waldo.
