The commercial starts off with some lovely imagery of two lovers walking across the beach near the ocean. Boats can be seen sailing in the distance. The lovers eventually stop, and are about to kiss. Before they lock lips, a tiki zombie appears with a grunted yell. The text at the end reads: ''"Think that was scary? Liberal Democrats in Congress have plans for $2.4 trillion in higher taxes. The plan includes $2700 a year in higher taxes for married couples. Now that's scary."''

It starts off with a scene of a duck by a river bank. At the 30 second mark, the scene is interupted as a Rabbid with red eyes pops up from the bottom of the screen accompanied by its trademark scream: "''BWAAAAAAAH!''". The video flashes for a short time during that scream. Soon after, The red-eyed Rabbid goes down, and three blue-eyed Rabbids appear and laugh at the viewers.

Free Enterprise Fund Committee Commercial is a political commercial for the now defunct conservative PAC Free Enterprise Fund, that is said to be inspired by the K-fee commercials, as it shares a similar concept to K-fee's Beach ad.
