Meinzwilling was a Flash screamer game which was available on the former Universal Pictures Germany website as a subpage. The game was made to promote the 2009 horror film Unborn, and was popular among German forum users in the 2009-2011 period. The word "meinzwilling" translates to "my twin" from the German language.
