Meinzwilling was a German flash screamer game which was available on the Universal Pictures Germany (now website as a subpage. The game was made as a promotion for the 2009 horror film Unborn and was popular among German forum users in the 2009-2011 period.

The objective of the game is that the player has to search for a ghost inside a picture, which is able to be magnified using the scroll wheel on the user's mouse. After a few seconds of zooming in and out using the magnifying function, a slideshow of zombies appear along with a loud scream. The word "meinzwilling" translates to "my twin" in the German language.

Due to poor archiving and problems regarding the saved flash file on the Wayback Machine, the game itself unfortunately does not function and is thus lost to time. However, there are videos scattered online (mainly YouTube) which show the game being played; at least one reaction video of this game exists as well. These are the only known visual references of the game which have survived.
