It starts with a badly drawn animation featuring a narrator over a montage of Christmas images. The narrator speaks of how Santa Claus brings coal to those children who behave poorly. When explaining that Santa's coal is not burned wood but rather something else, an image of a burning man pops up accompanied by a frighteningly loud scream. There is also an extended version of this video, in which it details out the receiving of this "coal" and a short tale of Frosty the Snowman, both accompanied by a loud scream near the end.

The original, unedited version of the Where's Waldo? image where Waldo is circled out in Microsoft Paint. In the screamer version, half of Waldo's upper body is edited out, leaving only his legs visible behind the old lady.

Where's Waldo? is an old screamer animation based on the British book series Where's Waldo, and has similarities to What's Wrong?. The animation was originally uploaded to Newgrounds by the user PimpMasterKDOG (or called by his short pseudonym, KDOG) on Dec 16th, 2001.
