'''Where's Waldo?''' is an old [[screamer]] animation based on the British book series ''[[wikipedia:Where's_Wally?|Where's Waldo]]'', and has similarities to [[What's Wrong?]]. The animation was originally uploaded to [[Newgrounds]] by the user PimpMasterKDOG (or called by his short pseudonym, KDOG) on Dec 16th, 2001.


According to Eric B. Wise (ScareTheater), the series was created to recruit viewers for an alternate reality game called: "Hunt for the Gangadiddle". This game was spread around 4chan on a relatively unknown date with the intention of recruiting users to uncover the mystery of Gangadiddle.
The original begins with the main menu and a start button. The gameplay involves finding Waldo in a crowd of people, as seen in the PC game ''[[wikipedia:Where's Waldo at the Circus|Where's Waldo at the Circus]]''.

The original, unedited version of the Where's Waldo? image where Waldo is circled out in Microsoft Paint. In the screamer version, half of Waldo's upper body is edited out, leaving only his legs visible behind the old lady.
