My screamer is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube by user MagnusThePcNerd on February 24th, 2008.
The video is a fairly straightforward screamer, similar to ones like Scariest screamer in the world!!!!! in structure. It begins with text that says: "Scary. This picture was taken by a man with a disease". It then shows the picture in question, which is a photo of the Spirit of Peace sculpture from Minneapolis' Lyndale Park, an artwork that had been put on display very recently at the time.
The video cuts to more text some seconds later: "Did you see that??? Something in the background moved. Lets take another look..."
And it returns to the photo afterwards, identical to how it appeared the first time in the video. At the 25 second mark, an image of Regan MacNeil from The Exorcist appears along with a male scream.
