Hypnotise yourself is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube by a user VideosofHeaven on December 21, 2008.
As the title suggests, the video focuses on a viewer relaxing by watching a black and white spiral in a loop while a robotic text-to-speech voice prompts them to follow the steps, e.g. closing their eyes and more. For almost 2 minutes, the screen displays an image of Gollum from The Lord of the Rings film series, along with a loud screech (it is even louder even if the volume was below 25%). The video ends with a text: "The end".
