OSFirstTimer Blue Scream is a screamer application created by Philip Joseph Adams, known online as OSFirstTimer created on 2012.

When launched, nothing seen to happen, but after a few seconds, a fake Windows 9x Blue Screen of Death appears (which should be a red flag since the "_" don't blink since it's a still image) which disappears after a short while and after that, the program now displays a fake Windows 7/XP Blue Screen of Death. After a short delay, the screen shifts to black, presenting a simulated "System Reboot" screen. As the counter reaches 100%, the screen displays the message "Cannot Find Boot Device..." and then prompts with, "Press any key to reboot and select proper Boot Device or Insert Boot Media in selected boot device."

Each press of any key results in a beeping sound along with a message "Can Not Find Boot Device" repeating until the message appears four times. Following this, an image of Pazuzu appears along with the same scream from Sonic.exe. The application then automatically closes without any damage.

The screamer was originally made as a prank for OSFirstTimer's mother in a YouTube video titled "Mum Tries Out Windows ME (2000) [Prank Included]". OSFirstTimer reported that the original version of the screamer was created in 2010 but remained private until 2012, when it was released to the public after the video gained recognition.
