The video starts with (old and low-quality) footage of a THX intro (the Grand intro), however, after 5 seconds, the screen cuts to another clip of a cat slowly staring at the camera with severe anger expression on his face, along with text at the bottom that reads "__THX__". After 3 seconds, a closeup picture of [[Regan MacNeil]] pops up along with a loud scream.
The video starts with a clip of the THX logo, and another clip shows a white cat staring at it. Eleven seconds in, an image of [[Regan MacNeil]] pops up with the same scream from [[The Maze]].

BEST THX Scary Cat is a screamer video created and uploaded onto YouTube by BEST THX on September 18, 2013.
