The video is an edited version of the original video of the same name, it depicts an obese man wearing a helmet and riding a bike down a road in very inappropriate conditions, right after he trips over, a flashing picture of a demon with bloodshot eyes and sharp bloody teeth appears along with the infamous "RAGE" sound effect.

I remember there being a website made using Google Sites which was named something like Zofwire.com, and it had the demon image on it with flashing lights. There was also a text under the GIF telling me to share it.
