Thrones of Evil Santa Saga (also known as Evil Halloween Santa) was a screamer game made by Jeffrey Domingo on October 31, 2014. The game has been de-listed from the app store.

The gameplay is similar to Piano Tiles, but if the player misses, Regan MacNeil from The Exorcist pops up with a male scream along with the text "I'm At Your Back". The game also tells the player to tap only the pumpkin head, although there are no pumpkin heads.

The game gained some popularity due to popular Twitch streamer Jerma985 playing the game on December 29, 2016.
