Mensaje Subliminal En Bart Simpson is a screamer video that was published on YouTube on January 30, 2012, by a user known as LeandroMdn. The video features Bart Simpson, an iconic character from the popular TV series, The Simpsons.
The video begins with a Windows Movie Maker filter applied to a picture of Bart Simpson. On the left-hand side of the screen, there is a message that reads "Observa Bien Esta Imagen" (Spanish for "Look closely at this image"). The filter then fades away, giving the viewer a clear view of the picture of Bart Simpson. At first glance, there is nothing unusual, as there is no visible edit in the image. However, at 0:22, a red circle appears around Bart's left ear, and the video then asks the viewer if they noticed something strange. Suddenly, an image of Regan MacNeil from The Exorcist pops up, accompanied by a female stock scream sound effect.
