Optical Illusions is a flash animation developed by Jeremy Winterrowd in 2006.

as the game title suggests, the game was supposedly a quiz, so the player will be asked some unclearly defined questions while looking at the pictures, which ask "How many faces do you see" and more, there is a button which leads to the next illusion with different questions, but not for long, at the fourth illusion, the button was no longer clickable, so it will evoke a screamer which shows Sarah from the The Exorcist punching the screen before cutting to a still image of her.

The game shows the player some pictures and asks them questions, like "How many faces do you see?" At the fourth one, however, you can't go on, as the button to the next "illusion" is fake. After a while, Sarah, from the film Exorcist: The Beginning pops up, punches the screen and screams, before cutting to a still image of her. The same animation is used in other games made by Winterrowd, like Find It, Hit the Dot, and Bubble Wrap Maniac.
