As for the concept of the video, the viewer must find a stick figure with a colored-shaded head before the twenty-second time is up. Several ratings are also listed:
* If they do so, they'll be crowned a genius.

You're then told to start, and a red screen appeared, filled with poorly drawn stickman. none of them have shaded heads. At 0:35, a scary clown mask pops up with the sound of evil laughter. After, a screen saying sarcastically that the viewer is a genius appears to close the video.
Now the test shows an image of poorly drawn stickmen standing on a solid red floor. None of them have shaded heads. After 35 seconds, an image of Bludie The Clown (a mask created by the late [[wikipedia:Don Post|Don Post]]) pops up along with an evil laugh. The uploader then satirically claims the viewer is an absolute "genius".
