The video starts with the black screen writeen "What if pokemon were real, by garaa546. There is another text written "have you ever woundered, "What if pokemon were real"". After that, it shows a bunch of images of how pokemon might look in real life. Evenutally at 0:39 text pops up saying "and this is how the world would look" and it cuts to a picture of the world being destroyed, Then it says "and we would look like this" and it cuts to a picture of a deformed man with a scream, then "or this" and it shows a picture of Sam The Dog with another scream. Then it says "So be careful what you wish for nerds, You will kill us all!, I hate pokemon and you should to, Thank you Gay nerds" and the video ends.

However, after some photos, a text pops up saying "And this is how the world would look" and it cuts to a picture of a post-apocalyptic city, until a text "and we would look like this" was suddenly followed by a picture of a deformed man with a woman scream, then "or this" followed by a picture of a dog named Sam, also known as [[Wikipedia:Sam (ugly dog)|The World's Ugliest Dog]] accompanied by a scream from the 1988 film ''[[wikipedia:Slugs (1988 film)|Slugs]]''. After the screamer, a black background with another text shows up: "So be careful what you wish for nerds, You will kill us all!, I hate pokemon and you should to, Thank you Gay nerds", ending the video.
