Bart would later break a window on the plane and was sucked out and was falling to his death. After then, it shows a "hyper-realistic" view of Bart's corpse. Homer, Marge, and Lisa appear to be sitting at the kitchen table with no sign of Maggie or the pets. The family then decides to visit the grave of Bart, in which it appears that Springfield is completely deserted.
