This video starts with Egghead appearing, while the music (already stated in the title itself) plays in the background, but it's slowed down, After 9 seconds, an edited picture of Kevin Hart whose eyes have black scleras, and white pupils appears along with the same explosion sound effect used from the video game EarthBound.
After the screamer, the audio clip was featuring Patrick Star's police car impression, the rest of this video consists of so many references and bizarre jokes:
