The video consists of various different villains that are/at the time on the said wiki, such as Aku, Ursula, Hopper, Lord Shen, Chester V, Bowser from The Super Mario Bros. Movie, The Green Goblin from the Raimiverse, etc. The song One-Winged Angel from the 1997 role-playing video game Final Fantasy VII plays in the background the entire time up until the end.
At the end of the video, the music stops and EMMA's jumpscare from Five Shows at Wario's pops up accompanied by an extremely loud scream.
