"Weird Al" Yankovic - Real or Cake? is a shock video similar to Original Knife Test Footage made by American comedy musician, writer, and actor "Weird Al" Yankovic and uploaded to his YouTube channel on April 17th, 2024. The video is a satirical take on the viral internet meme, which has notably appeared in a variety of short-form videos.

The parody begins with Al turning his face towards the camera, and announcing "Once again, it's time for... Real... or Cake?", before a fade-out-in transition with a swoosh sound to a watermelon occurs. Al then asks if it's "Real or Cake?", and cuts the watermelon, revealing it's real. Then it does a slide transition to a box of Kellogg's Red Berry cereal. Al then asks again if it's "Real or Cake?" before slashing the box of cereal, causing its contents to fall on the counter, revealing it is also real. Al becomes more maniacal during each next reveal, as the scene would finally transition to the unusually shocking part of the video, where Al inquires the viewer once again if it's "Real or Cake?", before proceeding to cut his arm while fake blood sprays out of him, yet stating it is also real without showing any sign of pain. Then it does another slide transition to a cake, now showing Al with a bandage on his arm. Al asks one final time, "Real or Cake?", and cuts the cake before taking a bite out of it to reveal that it is obviously "cake".
