The video prompts the viewer to "find what's wrong with this picture?" and turn up the volume for "the cheerful music". The video transitions into an image from a Highlights for children magazine. 30 seconds in, a demon child from the film Dead Birds appears with a scream, and two pieces of text appear afterwards: "LOL. I hope that didn't scare you too much!", and ""Thanx for watching!!!"".
