What Wrong With This Picture (Hotogainc) was a screamer video uploaded to YouTube by hotogainc, the creator behind An Optical Illusion (Not from StareClips.com) on Unknown date, it was later deleted for having a gruesome image as part of the scremaer segment, the screamer is intended to be similar to the original What's Wrong?.

The video begins with an image of a dining room; 17 seconds later, a slideshow of screamer images is shown, they are listed here: the original WWWTP image, a picture of Regan MacNeil, a smiling ghost face, and a zombie. ten a glowing eyed banshee, a pixelated crushed head, a scary woman, a burnt woman, and a few Halloween masks, as well as a loud scream, before the masks were replaced by a Rick Roll.
