Very Scary Ghost Pictures is a screamer video uploaded to YouTube by geno2k3 on October 4, 2007.
Like most of geno2k3's screamer videos, the video begins with an intro of text. The text states that the video is a compilation of "ghost photos" geno2k3 has collected over the years and that's it not for the "faint of heart."
The video than transitions to said "ghost" photos, first one consisting of a family with a crudely cropped photo of Casper the Friendly Ghost above them. The second photo is of a cow on a farm, with the "ghost" picture coming from a "fan of the month" member photo from Ebaum's World. The third photo is of a man in a dark room with the same Screamer face used from "Gamemun." At 42 seconds in, a picture of Lorraine Massey from "The Shining" 1997 miniseries adaption pops up with a faint female scream. The video ends with a final text stating "Remember... stay scared..."
Unlike geno2k3's other Screamers, there is more of a humorous undertone to this video.
