Super Mario 64 Big Star Secret was an infamous lost screamer video based on Mario 64. The video was first uploaded to YouTube by the user Adam "LotusMan17" Bounds on August 15th, 2007, but was later deleted in late-2012 with no archives of the video from the time it surfaced whatsoever. Although the link is archived once, but not the actual video itself. The video was very popular and had gained more than 600,000 views at its peak, leading many people who watched the video searched for it. Lost Media Wiki (LMW), a wiki-community of users trying to found lost medias, began searching for the screamer. The video itself claims to found a way to unlock a non-existent character in M64 Luigi and is provided with a handful of steps, at which point would lead to a screamer.

To describe all of the details in the video said by Lotus and also in various comments possible, the video begins with the steps on how to unlock Luigi, a character who was infamously unplayable in Mario 64, and all of the steps were impressively done with Windows Movie Maker 2. Lotus, so far in this video, began doing what he promised about how to unlock the character. This tutorial ends here: Lotus instructed the viewer to press "A" on the wall,[1] which was quickly interrupted by "Auto" from the K-fee commercial, to the point where the Zombie screams at the viewer into believing his trick. The video is finished with the commercial's slogan, "So wach warst du noch nie?"; when translated from German to English, the text would mean "You've never been so wide awake!". Throughout the video, Mario's overalls are black and he wears a blue shirt. This could possibly mean he uses ROM to change some parts that are in the game. The video is a duration of 5 minutes and 13 seconds.
This is one of the Mario screamers that involve unlocking Luigi, but us screamers researchers haven't documented most of these kind of videos expect this one in particular.
Luigi was very popular in the Mario 64 phenomenon, considering it's similar to that urban legend "L is Real", where it was once believed that the message that is written on the courtyard plaque was a code on how to unlock Luigi.
