Screamer is a single-player racing game released for MS-DOS computers made by Milestone S.r.l. and published by Virgin Interactive. The game has polygon-like graphics, similar to games around that era. July 29th, 1995 is a screamer made by YouTube user ANONYMOUS1998.

The video starts off with a unnerving picture of someone wearing a Mario costume near a child in a house with stock noises of a baby crying and a person laughing with a echo. However, right at 0:24 it shows the same image, but cropped into Mario's face accompanied by a noise of a woman screaming[note 1]. After the screamer, it shows static.

The same cropped image appears at 0:39 with the same scream, then cuts back to static.
